It was a wonderful celebration of our heroes and warriors at the Annual Veteran's Day Celebration! B.F. Terry JROTC posted the colors and students from Calvary Episcopal sang the National Anthem. Following that was the "pinning" honoring all who served. Julius Collins, Bob Sunday and Mayor Evalyn Moore for the late Hilmar Moore were in attendance today. All this on the day that the Marine Corps celebrates its 240th birthday! John Boestler, Executive Director of NextOp. spoke on how his organization helps and supports Veterans in transition.
