Beth Zarate joins Richmond Rotary this week to speak about how she came to Fort Bend County and is currently serving 87,629 people in the community. Catholic Charities is one of the main hubs in the Richmond area addressing many family needs.

Beth grew up an army "brat" whose father was an army pilot that served in WWII, the Korean War and the Vietnam War and is now the executive director of Catholic Charities' Mamie George Community Center.
