Director of Economic Development for the City of Richmond

Cameron Goodman was named Director of Economic Development for the City of Richmond in December 2017. In this position, Cameron also serves as the Executive Director of the Development Corporation of Richmond. His past experience includes serving as the Economic Development Administrator for the City of League City and as a Program Analyst in the City of Waco’s Housing and Economic Development Department. His background includes business attraction, business retention and expansion, research and data analysis, marketing, and grant writing. Cameron holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the Bush School of Government and Public Service at Texas A&M University and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Sam Houston State University.
