Roger Adamson is the CEO of The George Foundation, a charitable trust with the mission to provide strategic support to Ft. Bend County’s non-profit sector addressing critical needs and enhancing quality of life.  
 
Upon graduation, Roger attended the United States Military Academy at West Point where he earned a bachelor’s degree in systems engineering and a commission as a Second Lieutenant in the U.S. Army.   He served in a variety of leadership positions including Tank Platoon Leader, Company Executive Officer, and Operations Officer. Upon transitioning from the Army, Roger attended the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University where he earned his MBA in Finance and Marketing.  
 
Roger will present on future projects facing the George Foundation.  To date, The George Foundation’s Board of Trustees has had the privilege to award more than $180 million in grants to Fort Bend County nonprofit organizations and scholarship recipients and will continue Albert and Mamie’s legacy of giving into the future.
