District Conference 5890 was a blast!  Thank you all who attended the conference and participated in the ceremony welcoming 2016-2017 President Rosie Karlberg and Assistant District Governor Priscilla Salas.  In addition to all the excitement, Richmond/Sugarland hospitality suite won in two categories. It collected the most money for Polio Plus and won Best Overall Suite. Our secret weapon…Steve Onstad!!
