Rotary Constitution and By-laws

Bob Gebhard was born in Alameda, California, and was raised in San Jose, California, where he graduated from Camden High School. Upon graduating from high school in 1965, Bob served in the United States Navy until 1968, and is a Viet Nam veteran.  He has recently retired from banking after a 49-year career. Just prior to his retirement Bob began a new career as an Executive Coach-Speaker-Trainer. Bob is an Executive Director with the John C. Maxwell Team, Dream Builder Coach with the Mary Morrissey Team and Founding Member of the Les Brown Maximum Achievement Team. Life goes on after retirement. Bob has been a member of Rotary since 1993, having served as a President of the Rotary Club of Pasadena South, and as club President in 1997-98.  He is currently a member of the Rotary Club of Pasadena.  He served as District 5890 Governor 2013-2014.  He is a multiple Paul Harris Fellow, Major Donor Level 2, Polio Plus Society member, Benefactor, Bequest Society Level 2 member, and a White Hat Society Member Level 4. His wife, Dianne, is also a Paul Harris Fellow and a Benefactor. They have been active in hosting Group Study Exchange team members, Youth Exchange students and Ambassadorial Scholars. Bob and Dianne have also participated in Friendship exchanges in Germany, Sweden and Israel. He also serves as the District 5890 Visioning Chair. Bob has also served as the Paul Harris Society Chair for Zone 21b. He was appointed as an Assistant Rotary Regional Foundation Coordinator for Zone 21B, for 2015-2018. Bob is also the Co-Chair for the RI Convention for 2022.
